FLORIDA LAW REQUIRES THAT REAL ESTATE LICENSEES OPERATING AS SINGLE AGENTS DISCLOSE TO BUYERS AND SELLERS THEIR DUTIES. As a single agent, Beverly Howe and Florida Buyer Broker and its associates owe to you the following duties:
